For the 8th Annual BLVCKTOBERFEST produced by Sofenomenal Agency, Oak Lane partnered with The Teacher’s Lounge and Frugal Bookstore to produce The Banned Bookstore activation.

According to PEN America, more than 30 states have books banned by Black authors. As a community partner, Oak Lane provided spokesperson support, vendor management, and day of coordination support to bring this important initiative to the festival.
